Developer Drainage Impact Charge

On April 3, 2013, City Council adopted the Developer Drainage Impact Charge Ordinance in accordance with the November 2, 2010 voter-approved Charter amendment and Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code. Drainage Impact Charge collection begins April 3, 2014.
